Event Details
While people are tearing into their Christmas presents or tucked up in bed, the Serpentine Swimming Club's members are competing their yearly race across the cold waters of the Serpentine lake in Hyde Park.

Since 1864 the Peter Pan Cup has been held every Christmas. The patron of the race was JM Barrie that is why it acquired this name.

All courageous competitors must be members of the Serpentine Swimming Club. We welcome all who want to spend a great Christmas morning.
